• Check-out 10am / Check-in 4 pm Saturdays.
  
• Rental fees are based on a 4 person occupancy - babies/toddlers stay free. $15.00 daily charge applies to additional persons.
  
• Some pets may be accepted with additional charges & stipulations.
  
• No smoking in the home. Smokers must dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays.
  
• $300.00 cleaning / damage deposit due to secure booking. 90 day's notice required for cancellation. (partial or full deposit may be refunded if owners are able to re-rent).
  
• Arrival - Keys will not be transferred with any outstanding balance.
  
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival
  
• Additional $50.00 charge will apply in order to clean bedding. This charge will be waived for guests who choose to bring their own bedding.
  
• Minimum 7 day rental during peak summer season
  (June 15 - September 15) -- discounts apply to extended 2 weeks or more rentals.
  
• Only bio-degradable soaps may be used due to septic system. Bleach and products containing bleach are prohibited.
  
• Additional people in self-contained units may be included with additional charges; this must be arranged prior to arrival.
  
• Any illegal activities are prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
  
• Please respect our quiet neighborhood between 10:00 pm - 8:00 am
  
• Policies and terms must be agreed upon and signed upon arrival before transfer of keys to guests.
